Kristine Jane (RN)
Kristine, with a background as a senior clinical practice manager in various health service facilities, critical care, general practice, mental health and women’s health, brings over 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She found her true passion within cosmetic medicine, where she stands out as an attentive listener, and takes the time to understand your concerns. As she believes the best outcomes are achieved by a deep understanding of each patient’s story and their unique needs. She also has a great sense of humour, making her remarkably relatable to all who meet her.
Having expertise in non-surgical hair restoration and mentored from multiple distinguished cosmetic physicians in Australia and in Singapore. Kristine brings a blend of technical precision, passion, and an artistic eye for natural modern beauty.
As a mother, she recognises the importance to take time to look after yourself, Kristine extends this philosophy to her patients by offering a range of treatments and programs within the transdisciplinary model of RENU Clinic.
She views cosmetic medicine is a blend of art and science, showcasing her technical precision and an eye for creating natural modern beauty. Beyond the enhancement of external appearance, Kristine is dedicated to empowering inner confidence, boosting self-esteem, and optimising the true potential of each individual.

Rae Angelo (RN)
Rae Angelo brings over 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. He worked in Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and Surgical Ward providing him with extensive experience in IV therapy. Beyond clinical roles, Rae has ascended to leadership positions, notably as a Nurse Area Manager in general practice setting.
Highlighting his proficiency in direct patient care and diagnostic procedures, Rae’s commitment to continuous learning and specialisation is further shown through acquiring certificates in immunisation, pathology collector, and cannulation.
Rae’s commitment extends beyond clinical practice. He is deeply dedicated to the holistic health and wellbeing of patients, recognising the importance of addressing not just symptoms but treating the individual as a whole. His commitment is further reflected in his role as a Nurse Educator and Facilitator, where he actively contributes to the training and development of fellow healthcare professionals.
Dr. John Holbrook

Dr. John Holbrook completed his medical education at the University of Sydney. Originally from the United States, he initially arrived in Sydney to attain his Master’s in International Public Health and developed a deep affection for the city. He worked at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as a part of multiple specialist teams, notably in dermatology and head and neck.
Dr. John specialises in the field of minimally invasive facial aesthetics and advocates for a patient-centred approach. He places emphasis on recognising and enhancing the distinctive unique aesthetic features of each individual and how to best highlight those facial characteristics which define the aesthetic qualities of each patient.
He is a member of the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM). He completed training with Merz, Galderma and Allergan in their individual academies for facial injectables as well as with the Derma Medical.
Dr Holbrook is the Co-founder of Fresh Clinics and is dedicated to making the practice of Cosmetic injectables easier and safer by collaborating and supporting RENU Clinic Injectors as their Medical Director.

Dr. Amit initiated his medical career in Delhi, India, where he completed his Bachelors training (MBBS) and gained valuable experience in the field of surgery at various hospitals in the city. Upon moving to Australia in 2008 to gain more experience, he completed his Australian Medical Graduate certificate in 2010.
He has worked at various hospitals in Australia since 2008, including Western Health, Eastern Health, Echuca Regional Hospital and Seymour Hospital. Dr Amit has completed several diplomas in his career, including the Diploma in Public Health from Deakin University in Melbourne. In 2019, he earned fellowship recognition in General Practice (FRACGP) and expanded his expertise with a Diploma in Skin Cancer from Bond University Queensland.
Dr. Amit’s comprehensive approach to healthcare is reflected in his diverse areas of interest, covering mental health, men’s health, sports medicine, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine. He holds a special focus on conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, Parkinson’s disease, and minor surgical procedures.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Amit finds joy in cricket, both as a spectator and a player, and enjoys leisurely walks with his dog. Described as a down-to-earth individual, Dr. Amit’s commitment to patient care is highlighted by his genuine interest in a broad spectrum of medical specialties, ensuring a holistic and personalized approach to healthcare.
