Long Lasting Results
Restore volume to your skin impacted by aging, muscle weakening, fat pad atrophy, and bone resorption
Dermal fillers give structural support and help restore lost volume. They can also add volume to specific areas of the face, such as the lips or cheeks, achieving youthful contours and smoother skin. Depending on the product used and your facial anatomy, dermal filler results can last 12-24 months.

Define and Restore Volume
- Did you know we lose about 10-15 syringes of facial volume by middle-age (roughly 1 tablespoon). Dermal fillers give structural support and help restore lost volume.
- As we age, our skin loses the ability to ‘bounce back’. Our skin loses its firmness, elasticity, and volume, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, deepening grooves, and a loss of definition to our facial contours, particularly around the cheeks and jawline.
- Clients often seek dermal filler to plump lips, enhance the cheek bones, or sculpt the chin and jawline. Additionally, dermal fillers are used to address and correct fine lines, smooth deep creases, restore volume and hydrate the skin.
- With instantly visible results, dermal filler injections can help enhance facial volume, elevate contours, and achieve facial symmetry.
Optimise your results
- Dermal filler results can be seen immediately following your appointment with best results at 10-14 days. Treatment procedures can take from 15-45 minutes.
- Your needs, your goals and the area of treatment will likely determine how many sessions you will require. In many cases, one session may be enough to achieve your desired outcome. Your progress is monitored at a complimentary follow-up review appointment.
- Dermal fillers rejuvenate and enhance facial features, restore youthful contours, and have instant, natural-looking and feeling results that last between 6-12 months. By then, further dermal fillers will be required to maintain results.
- It is recommended to schedule a follow-up appointment to assess your progress 2-4 weeks after your treatment and again at 6 months.
- Dermal fillers can be combined with other cosmetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, which relax facial muscles, or with other treatments that restore skin tone, to rejuvenate the whole face.

- Non-surgical
- Dermal fillers are smooth injectable gels, comprised of hyaluronic acid (HA). This substance naturally occurs in our skin and joints to hydrate and lubricate. A dermal filler treatment involves injecting small amounts of this substance beneath the skin’s surface to restore volume, correct static wrinkles and folds, and erase fine lines, whilst providing the skin with volume, support, and hydration.
- Also designed to create a lifting effect and add symmetry to your facial imperfections – giving you a refreshed, redefined, and natural appearance. Hyaluronic acid also attracts water, so the areas which have been injected will become more hydrated — leaving you fresh-faced and youthful-looking.
- During your complimentary injectables consultation, your clinical medical provider will discuss your goals and develop a personalised treatment plan for you.
- Our expert doctors and registered nurses inject the gel-based filler into the skin to give you instant results. Dermal fillers revitalise, add volume and shape to the treated area. A fine needle is used to inject dermal fillers into the skin. The injection site will be numbed with a local anesthetic before injecting the filler. This treatment is a natural alternative to cosmetic surgery and is virtually painless with long-lasting results.
Treatment Areas
Cheek Filler:
- Cheek filler adds volume, balances the face, reverses a sunken appearance and helps with asymmetry. It is an ideal cosmetic procedure for individuals seeking improved facial contouring and definition. It can also counteract volume loss and sagging in the midface and temples, softening mouth lines
Prejowl Sulcus Filler:
- Prejowl sulcus filler fills the area in front of jowls. This treatment defines your jawline, blends chin augmentation, and reduces jowls. When paired with anti-wrinkle treatment, it minimises muscle pull for a smooth transition from chin to jaw.
Jawline Filler
- Jawline filler boosts volume in the cheek and chin areas, creating a more defined and balanced look. It’s beneficial for both men, giving a strong jaw, and women, enhancing feminine contours. As we age, bone loss can lead to sagging and jowls, but filler helps correct by replacing volume.
Marionette lines
- Marionette lines create a sad look by the mouth. Our solution uses dermal filler to gradually fill these lines, providing a natural and lively appearance with smoother skin and improved jowl appearance.
Peri-Oral lines
- To address lines around the mouth, we use a two-step approach: anti-wrinkle treatment to stop muscle movement causing lines, and dermal filler to soften and enhance static lines, reducing wrinkles and improving the mouth’s appearance.
Piriform fossa/ nasolabial fold filler
- Filler in the piriform fossa/nasolabial fold helps soften natural folds, maintaining natural movement. Filling near the nose improves nasolabial folds, lifting and supporting the upper lip to achieve a youthful and balanced facial appearance.
Preauricular filler
- Preauricular filler restores lost volume in front of the ear, reducing the effects of aging. It lifts the skin near the jawline, enhances jawline shape, and creates a smoother, fuller appearance in the cheeks.
Temple filler
- Temple filler addresses hollow temples that come with age by restoring lost volume. This minimises their prominence, improves facial balance, providing a subtle lift to the eyes and gives the illusion of elevated cheekbones for a softer look.
Chin filler
- Chin filler enhances facial balance by lengthening or projecting the chin, adding structure, and defining the jawline. It creates a stronger well-proportioned profile, balanced features and addresses asymmetries or a cleft chin.
During Treatment
Generally, treatments can take around 30-45 minutes with minimal discomfort.
To ensure your comfort, the treated area is numbed during the procedure. The number of injections administered depends on the product amount and desired results.
After Treatment
Following treatment, you may experience some bruising, swelling, and localised tenderness. The swelling will remain but reduce over the next 4-7 days.
Although it’s uncommon, if you experience any adverse effects, please contact RENU Hair and Skin Clinic so one of our medical team can promptly address the concern to ensure maximum safety and satisfaction.

Frequently Asked Question about PRP Treatment
When will I see results?
You may see some results immediately following treatment with dermal fillers. There may be some swelling which can last for a few days. You will see the full effect of your treatment within 2 weeks from the day of your treatment.
How long will my results last?
This depends on the type of filler used and the anatomical location. Typically, dermal fillers can last anywhere between 6-18 months, depending on how fast your body metabolises the hyaluronic acid. Each client is different, therefore, results will vary.
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers consist of smooth injectable gels composed of a substance naturally found in our skin and joints, serving to hydrate and lubricate. These gels are injected beneath the skins surface to replenish volume, address static wrinkles and folds, and eliminate fine lines. Additionally, they provide the skin with volume, support, and moisture.
Dermal fillers revitalise and improve facial characteristics, renewing contours and delivering immediate, natural-looking results.
How long until my results are noticeable?
When your lost volume is replaced, dermal fillers offer immediate results.
Is it painful?
Overall, dermal filler injections are quite tolerable. lidocaine is included in several of our dermal fillers to help with any discomfort you may experience during your treatment. A topical numbing lotion may also be used to make you feel more comfortable.
What are the risks?
Side effects or adverse risks are rarely associated with dermal filler treatments. Some clients may experience redness and minor swelling or bruising but these side effects subside quickly.
Why am I required to complete a Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) screening prior to my cosmetic injectable treatment?
Our top priority is to make sure you feel self-assured and at ease at every stage of your experience with us. To achieve this, we diligently follow the most current screening guidelines for BDD as outlined by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), which have been developed in conjunction with the recommendations of the Medical Board of Australia. This dedication guarantees that we uphold the highest standards of care and address any potential underlying mental health issues.
What happens in a Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) screening?
Upon your arrival at the appointment, our healthcare professionals will inquire about BDD through general questions in your medical history form. If deemed necessary, formal screening will follow. This process enables us to customise treatment plans and make informed decisions to prioritise your wellbeing. Rest assured, your privacy and confidentiality are held in the highest regard during the entire screening process.
